Description:

Primarily responsible for all operational and maintenance requirements of Riders Field and surrounding facility. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES - In charge of managing daily operation of Riders Field and compilation of daily reports of events, tasks and status Assist Riders Field cleaning program including overseeing both in-house janitors as well as third party cleaning company. Coordinate the setup and tear down of the facility for every event, including non-baseball events and stadium rentals as well as assisting with execution of said events. Organize and control stadium storage areas. Assume management responsibility for all services and activities involved in maintenance and operations, including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, chillers, refrigeration, ice making, boilers and associated equipment. Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for facility maintenance and operations.
