Sous Chef Walters Wedding Estates The chief job of a Sous Chef at Walters is to support the Executive Chef and to act as the Executive Chef in their absence. We are actively seeking experienced candidates with a strong work ethic. This person can adapt and learn quickly. Sous Chefs should be a resident expert in kitchen operations. Sous Chefs communicate clearly and provide necessary direction to a team. Our chefs take pride in their work but can handle criticism.
