Onsite, Plano, TX – Director of eCommerce – $145,000 + Benefits

They are actively seeking a Director of eCommerce to scale eCommerce growth, execution, and performance across key their key channels - specifically Amazon 1P & 3P. In this role, you will manage internal and external relationships, optimize conversion rate, and deliver actionable insights that drive growth and efficiency.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years' experience in eCommerce.
• 8+ years experience in both Amazon Vendor & Seller Central. Including hands on experience with Amazon Advertising & Sponsored
• Hands on experience with SEO/SEM and email (Optimizely, HubSpot, etc)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams including marketing, technology, product and operations.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce and full funnel strategy
• Confident working with A/B testing, analysis and more
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL is a bonus
