Expertise in leading large AI&client programs/initiatives, advanced data analytics engagements including model development
Experience with establishing programs and leading them end to end while scaling for growth
Experience (typically) of managing multiple teams
Experience building relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
Comfortable navigating ambiguous situations
Experience communicating with data to drive change; ability to find commonalities in GenAI initiatives across organization, identify opportunities to optimize and innovate across the organization, ability to build a common strategy
Develops strong partnerships with product owners, architects and development leads to transform business objectives into execution strategy
Ability to assess program risks across multiple product teams and report impact to the customer's strategic objectives
Accountable for zero-tolerance adherence to Scrum processes (Standups, Release plan, Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retros)
Expertise in Scrum/Agile methodologies, and strong experience/understanding of Scrum/Agile at Scale (SAFe).
Typically has rich and varied experience of working in an Agile based fashion and has a robust understanding of the pitfalls and guardrails
