The Scientific Team at Russell Tobin and Associates is hiring an "Analytical Chemistry Testing Technician" for a top leading beverage organization near Frisco, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of analytical testing using modern instrumentation and wet chemistry techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects involving finished product and ingredient analysis.
• Adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), laboratory safety standards, and cleanliness protocols.
• Maintain laboratory operations, including instrument calibration, glassware management, sample handling, and inventory control.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related scientific field (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in an analytical laboratory or similar scientific environment
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation such as GC/MS, HPLC, UV/Vis, FTIR, and ICP
• Strong expertise in GC/MS, particularly in flavor and fragrance analysis, is highly desirable
• Solid understanding of laboratory techniques, data analysis, and reporting.

• Position Type: 12 months contract
• Pay rate approved: $22/hr. on W2
