Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

Location: McKinney, Texas

Duration: Permanent

Position Overview

The Senior Human Resources Manager plays a strategic and operational leadership role in shaping and executing the company's human capital strategy. This position partners closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, foster a positive and compliant workplace culture, and drive employee engagement, development, and retention.

The role also oversees immigration-related HR functions, ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws and supporting workforce mobility initiatives.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and processes aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and talent management.
  • Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, culture, and retention.
  • Oversee immigration strategies and workforce mobility programs.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple organizational levels.
  • Develop and enhance onboarding programs to support employee success and integration.
  • Support employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage immigration-related hiring processes, including visa sponsorship and compliance documentation.

Compliance & Employee Relations

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and U.S. immigration regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and confidential employee records.
  • Conduct investigations and support employee relations matters.
  • Advise employees and leadership on HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.

Performance Management & Development

  • Administer performance management and appraisal programs.
  • Develop coaching and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and support leadership development programs.

Compensation, Benefits & Payroll

  • Oversee payroll administration and compensation processes.
  • Manage employee benefits programs and leave policies.
  • Support competitive compensation and total rewards strategies.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)

  • Lead initiatives that promote an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
  • Develop programs and policies that support diversity and employee engagement.

HR Technology & Analytics

  • Utilize HRIS systems and analytics tools to improve HR operations and reporting.
  • Analyze workforce data to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 12+ years of Human Resources experience, including leadership or managerial experience.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws, HR best practices, and immigration compliance requirements.
  • Experience with workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools preferred.
  • Preferred certifications include SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent.

40 hours per week. Monday–Friday. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
