Position Overview
The Senior Human Resources Manager plays a strategic and operational leadership role in shaping and executing the company's human capital strategy. This position partners closely with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, foster a positive and compliant workplace culture, and drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
The role also oversees immigration-related HR functions, ensuring compliance with U.S. immigration laws and supporting workforce mobility initiatives.
