Our mission is simple: eliminate downtime, save businesses money, and deliver next-level convenience.We're growing quickly and looking for a driven, relationship-focused B2B Sales Lead GenerationRepresentative to help us expand our commercial client base.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and qualify new commercial and fleet accounts through outbound outreach,networking, and cold calling.Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet managers, logistics companies, dealerships, andservice managers.Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and track progress in our CRM.Conduct presentations and product demos to demonstrate how Via Mobile Tire can streamlineoperations and reduce costs.Work closely with leadership to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets,expanding our presence in the B2B market.Qualifications:2+ years of B2B sales, or business development experience (experience in fleet, automotive,logistics, or service industries preferred).Proven track record of prospecting and securing new business.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Highly motivated self-starter with a "hunter" mindset and strong follow-through.Experience with CRM tools and lead management best practices.CompensationBase Salary: $70,000+ (DOE).Commission: 7.5% on gross profit of new fleet/commercial accounts, plus bonuses for hittinggrowth targets.OTE (On-Target Earnings): $80,000 - $120,000+ in first year with upside as business scales.Benefits:Via Tire offers a comprehensive benefits program, including ppo health, dental, vision, 401(k), and more.We pride ourselves on our culture, opportunities for learning, and career development.Why Join Via Tire?Be part of a fast-growing premium brand disrupting a $50B+ industry.Work with a team that values professionalism, innovation, and service excellence.Huge growth opportunity.
