Strategy Technology Evolution ulliContribute to definition and execution of infrastructure strategies and platform roadmaps/liliIdentify emerging infrastructure and cloud technologies with potential applicability at Integer/liliEvaluate new platform capabilities, tools, and services, providing recommendations on fitness, risk, and value/liliPartner with the Head of Infrastructure on long?term platform direction, investment priorities, and modernization initiatives/liliBalance innovation and stability, ensuring new technologies are introduced responsibly/li/ul/liliPlatform Engineering People Leadership ulliProvide direct people leadership to infrastructure engineering teams across: ulliNetwork/liliServer / cloud/liliM365 collaboration/liliEndpoint platforms/li/ul/liliSet clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for team members/liliCoach and develop team members to increase technical depth, ownership, and operational maturity/liliBuild a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement/liliLead staffing, workload prioritization, and skill development for infrastructure teams/li/ul/liliInfrastructure Operations Execution ulliOwn day?to?day infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance/liliLead operational response for infrastructure incidents and escalations/liliEnsure consistent execution of incidents, problem, and change processes for infrastructure platforms/liliManage infrastructure vendor and managed service provider relationships/li/ul/liliArchitecture Review Board (ARB) Ownership ulliChair and own the Infrastructure Architecture Review Board (ARB)/liliEnsure architecture decisions consider: ulliCurrent operational impact/liliAlignment with future?state strategy/liliSecurity and resiliency requirements/li/ul/liliUse ARB outcomes to inform platform roadmaps and technical investment recommendations/liliEscalate significant architectural or technology risks with options and recommendations/li/ul/liliArchitecture Alignment Standards Execution ulliExecute against enterprise infrastructure architecture and technology standards/liliPartner with Infrastructure Architects to: ulliValidate design intent/liliPreventing architectural drift/liliSurface technical risk and debt/li/ul/liliEnforce standard implementation patterns through engineering teams/li/ul/liliIntegration Continuous Improvement ulliIntegrate acquisition resources and technologies into standard infrastructure platforms/liliDrive lifecycle management, modernization, and technical debt reduction/liliEstablish and track KPIs for infrastructure health and ARB effectiveness/liliImprove operational maturity and delivery discipline over time/li/ul/liliCollaboration Communication ulliPartner with: ulliService Delivery on infrastructure dependencies impacting users and sites/liliCybersecurity on secure design, controls, and compliance needs/liliIT leadership on platform Experience:/pullistrongMinimum Education:/strong Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related discipline, or with equivalent work experience./lilistrongMinimum Experience:/strong/lili10+ years of IT?related experience in enterprise infrastructure environments/lili5+ years of demonstrated people?leadership experience, including leading technical teams and managing performance, priorities, and development/lili5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, engineering, or operations roles/liliExperience working in customer service or technical service organizations
