Senior Industrial Engineer, you will support the implementation and sustainability of the engineering program across warehouse operations, including but not limited to: designing, maintaining, and evolving Engineered Labor Standards (ELS); driving process improvement initiatives, delivering measurable business impact (e.g., cost savings, productivity gains, or capacity improvements); configuring systems; and educating field leadership and team members on engineering principles. You will serve as the networks subject matter expert in Labor Management, guiding leaders on how to effectively interpret and apply labor standards, performance metrics, and LMS capabilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting onsite audits, performance validations, and analytical reviews of operational processes.
