The Director, Supply Chain Planning reports to the Chief Supply Chain Officer Located in Lewisville, TX Full-Time Hybrid Role Summary The Director of Supply Chain Planning is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide strategy, design, and execution of inventory planning and replenishment across TriMark's multi-region distribution network. This role ensures the right product is in the right place at the right time - balancing service levels, working capital efficiency, and network capacity. The Director will drive standardization of planning processes, optimize inventory deployment, and leverage ERP and planning tools to enable a more predictive, data-driven supply chain. This leader will play a critical role in aligning demand signals from Sales, supply inputs from Procurement, and operational constraints from Distribution to deliver improved fill rates, reduced excess/obsolete inventory, and enhanced network performance.
