Include GSCM duties including: monthly tracking of functional budgets, monthly Earned Value Management execution and analysis, Estimates at Completion (EAC) preparation, Program review preparation and presentation as well as proactively working with the GSCM Program Leads in maintaining and analyzing portfolio performance. You will employ their technical knowledge of finance and program control, problem solving, communication and leadership skills. You will work independently as well as partner cross-functionally with the GSCM leads, Control Account Managers (CAMs), OSQ finance and the various program offices in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
