Public Storage is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support our Facilities and Asset Management organization. This role will be a key partner in driving expense and capital financial planning and analysis, supporting forecasting, close activities, and executive reporting. The ideal candidate is analytically strong, collaborative, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, improving forecast accuracy, and delivering clear insights to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities. Lead expense and capital FP&A responsibilities, including monthly and quarterly close, quarterly forecasts, and the annual operating plan. Prepare and communicate variance analysis, management reporting, and required corporate deliverables.
