Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including interior areas, entrances, lobbies, and perimeter locations, helping to identify and report suspicious activity and/or unauthorized access; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials when required, and follow post orders related to restricted areas, deliveries, and after-hours entry; Support daily operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and questions, and communicating with site contacts and emergency personnel when needed
