Insulation Worker / Technician – Denton, TX iFOAM Insulation is hiring dependable crew members to install spray foam, fiberglass, and other insulation systems in residential and commercial projects across North Texas. This is a hands-on role for someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to grow in the trades. What You'll Do Load materials and prepare equipment daily at shop in Denton Drive to job sites (box truck and/or truck + trailer) Assist with or perform insulation installs (spray foam, batts, blown-in) Prep and protect job sites before installation Maintain clean, organized rigs and equipment Track job details and materials used Work as part of a crew to complete jobs efficiently Requirements Construction experience preferred (insulation a plus) Ability to drive a truck and trailer (or willingness to learn) Physically able to work in attics, crawlspaces, and job sites Reliable, on time, and accountable Team-oriented with a strong work ethic Preferred Experience Spray foam (open/closed cell) Blown insulation or batt installation Insulation removal / vacuum systems Equipment operation Pay Performance-based: typically $200–$350/day for helpers Experienced installers and crew leads can earn $400–$1,000+/day depending on production and skill Opportunity to grow into higher-paying roles quickly About iFOAM iFOAM Insulation is a nationally backed, locally owned company serving North Texas.
