Tasks listed below are not an exhaustive list of all the tasks that may be required for this position. Ensure project is completed on time, within budget and according to plans and specifications. Supervise and coordinate installation of work in accordance with the contract documents, project schedule, and the planned sequence of work as required to comply with project budget and schedule goals. Oversee and making decisions related to the performance of work related to scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and trade employee staffing levels. Assist Superintendent with the initial development, management, and maintenance of the project schedule as needed to achieve safe, quality workmanship. Collaborate with project team to develop schedules and determine sequencing of work. Develop and implement recovery strategies to maintain project schedule as necessary.
