Manage fleet regulatory programs to deliver 100% compliance with the HQ Fleet Regulatory Compliance Plan (ACF, WAIRE, CTC, and related programs). Ensure PepsiCo maintains compliance with federal, state, and local fleet emissions regulations. Oversee external consultants, LCFS brokers, and vendors (e.g., TRC, Motive Energy), including budget oversight. Lead grant compliance and support identification and submission of new grant opportunities in partnership with Economic Development. Serve as the HQ partner for Fleet field teams and cross functional groups; develop communications, quarterly updates, and training materials. Partner with Government Affairs to support PepsiCos position on transportation and fleet legislation. Lead Smart. Way fleet data compilation and annual submission.
