Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Route and wire low-voltage electrical panels and wire harnesses according to schematics and build documentation.; Read and decipher electrical and mechanical blueprints and schematics to determine correct wiring paths, terminations, and assembly steps.; Perform low-voltage electrical terminations using spade, ring lug, ferrule, and compression/flex lugs as required.; Strip, crimp, and prepare wires using appropriate hand tools such as wire strippers and wire crimpers.; Apply heat shrink to wires and connections to ensure proper insulation, protection, and professional appearance.
