Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Monitor access to the location by greeting employees, visitors, and contractors, verifying credentials, issuing visitor passes, and directing guests in accordance with site requirements; Answer phones, manage sign-in and sign-out activity, document routine front desk activity, and communicate with site contacts regarding security-related concerns and/or unusual situations; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to the appropriate personnel and supporting site protocols during alarms, medical events, and/or operational disruptions; Help to deter unauthorized access and support an orderly lobby environment through attentive front desk presence, observation, and clear communication with employees, visitors, and delivery personnel
