EMCOR Group - - Responsibilities: Diagnose, service, and maintain HVAC equipment including small and large split systems, small and large packaged units, large air handling units, mini-split systems, Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems and fan-powered boxes, Exhaust fans and ventilation systems, Self-Contained units and CRAC units, Water-source heat pumps, VRF/VRV systems, Boilers, cooling towers, and pumps.; Perform major mechanical repairs including replacement of large motors and compressors, bearing replacement in motors, air handlers, and cooling towers, laser alignment of pumps and rotating equipment.; Conduct preventative maintenance to extend equipment life and improve system efficiency; Analyze system performance and recommend corrective actions or upgrades; Document service activities, repairs, and maintenance actions accurately
