Nucor - - Responsibilities: Job-site analysis, trouble shooting, and contractor support for NIPG products including quality assurance, product claims and building diagnostics; Manages the customer contact and develops relationships with customers to provide information or instruction on detailing and installation practices for NIPG products; Deliver installation training for installers/contractors; Conduct thorough warranty inspections and develop detailed and effective field reports; Ability to speak to code compliance and has the ability to see cause and effect of installation process and the effects on the IMP product
