The Planet Group's Ad Agency client is looking for a strategic powerhouse Senior Account Planner to join their team. In this role, you will lead the strategic vision for iconic CPG and household brands, shaping campaign platforms that bridge the gap between abstract brand meaning and real-world shopper behavior. You will serve as the strategic anchor for the team, ensuring that every creative output is not only inspiring but deeply effective in driving business goals.Salary : $110,000-$120,000+ depending on experienceLocation : Fully Remote (local to Dallas, TX is highly preferred)Hours : 8am-5pm CSTPlease Note : This role requires permanent work authorization in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship now or in the future.Senior Account Planner ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Thought Partnership: Lead high-level conversations regarding shopper marketing, retail programming, and brand strategy. Act as the primary strategic anchor, aligning client business objectives with the agency's creative output.Insight Translation: Translate complex qualitative and quantitative research into clear, inspiring strategic narratives that unlock creative thinking for the design and copy teams.Brief Development: Author, present, and defend strategic creative briefs for A-level assignments. You will ensure the work starts with a strong foundation and stays on track.Consumer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the consumer and shopper within the agency and in client meetings. Ensure that insights remain human, actionable, and creatively generative throughout the project lifecycle.Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive competitive and category audits to identify "white-space" opportunities and inform long-term brand positioning.Trend Monitoring: Constantly monitor and interpret cultural, social, and digital trends relevant to client business to keep our work fresh and relevant.Senior Account Planner Qualifications7+ years of experience in account planning, brand strategy, or shopper marketing, preferably within an agency environment.Deep understanding of the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) landscape.Demonstrated experience writing and defending creative briefs.Proficiency in analyzing qualitative and quantitative research data.#J-18808-Ljbffr
