As an RMA Material Handler, you will support the Return Material Authorization receiving team. Your primary responsibilities will include processing returned products, maintaining inventory accuracy, and organizing the receiving area. Essential Responsibilities Support RMA receiving operations by unpacking boxes and managing returned products. Organize and stage work in progress as needed. Maintain a clean, orderly receiving area. Manage inventory documentation using SAP and other inventory software. Work closely with management and warehouse staff to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments. Lift packages up to 50 lbs and operate in a crowded warehouse environment. Qualifications Several years of previous warehouse experience required. Solid understanding of warehouse safety regulations and physical dexterity. Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
