Walters Wedding Estates, in partnership with The Design Haus, is seeking detail-driven, dependable candidates to join our Silk Floral Production Team. This role is focused on the preparation, assembly, and execution of permanent floral designs for weddings and events. Our production team supports a high-volume environment, averaging 5-10 weddings per weekend, with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and efficiency.
