Our focus areas include key employee retention, succession planning, tax mitigation, and wealth transfer. We also design custom employee benefit programs for small to mid-sized companies. We're seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Employee Benefits Account Manager or Account Executive to join our in-office team in Plano, TX. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong understanding of employee benefits plans and a passion for delivering high-touch client service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for a portfolio of employee benefits clients Manage day-to-day service requests including enrollments, eligibility, billing, claims, and policy changes Support new client onboarding and open enrollment processes Maintain accurate records in our agency management system Assist with bid and proposal preparation for new and renewal business Collaborate closely with producers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards Draft professional communications and renewal documentation for clients Analyze carrier proposals and prepare renewal recommendations Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in employee benefits account management or similar role In-depth knowledge of group benefit plans: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability Familiarity with benefits administration software (Ease, Employee Navigator, SmartOffice, etc.) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, ACA, etc.) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Must be able to work onsite in Plano, TX (no remote work available) Why Join Voss Insurance and Investments?
