Acts and performs duties of Title Specialist for Credit Union of Texas. This position has constant interaction with staff and members and therefore must have strong customer service skills. Responsible for maintaining and completing all title documents and reports pertaining to department including, but not limited to, preparing paperwork for perfecting liens, auditing loan and lease titles to ensure accuracy, and completing necessary contractual documents to ensure a smooth transaction for Credit Union of Texas, member, and dealer. The Title Specialist answers telephone calls, works with staff and members in office regarding title issues, and helps in other areas within the department as necessary. The right candidate must be familiar with a variety of the auto industry's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Specific knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position:
Education: High school graduate, G.E.D., or equivalent required.
Experience: One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Titlework experience is preferred but not required.
