Cold Storage Lead

$25 hr

6 am - 3 pm or can change The Meat Room Lead acts as a team captain responsible for being actively present on the production floor working alongside the production team, assigning resources as needed, serving as a resource to employees regarding the production process and equipment, and in conjunction with management, helping ensure all production processes follow safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This position will regularly perform production duties within the team's responsibilities to ensure each role in the team and support when gaps exist.

Qualifications 2+ years of experience working in a food production environment, food manufacturing ideal. 1+ years of experience in a Lead position, leading a team/floor operations. Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.
