How You'll Make an Impact As a Plant Manager, you will lead operations at our Botanical Extract Plant in Lewisville, TX, driving performance, innovation, and excellence across the site. You will set the vision and direction needed to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of products and services to customers, while fostering an engaged high?performing team and maintaining alignment with Lubrizol's operational pillars. In this role, you will:
Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. 7+ years of manufacturing experience, including site management responsibility. Demonstrated ability to lead independently with an entrepreneurial mindset. Proven experience directing plant operations and developing manufacturing teams. Knowledge of batch and continuous chemical processing. Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization. Strong communicationwritten, verbal, and listeningand strong networking capability. Strong proficiency in MS Office and solid understanding of SAP systems. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Highly self?motivated with the ability to multitask and operate in a fast?paced, high?energy, team?oriented environment. Ability to demonstrate urgency, commitment, and follow?through while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines. Strong follow?up ability and quick thinking in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications that Drive You Forward Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences. Process Safety Management (PSM) experience. Supply Chain experience is preferred but not required.
