Legend Senior Living - 220 Crutcher Crossing - Responsibilities: Assist with daily care of residents including personal care, grooming, hygiene, housekeeping, laundering, social interactions, and meals; Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond as needed; Document completed tasks such as daily shift reports, resident records, and negotiated service agreements; Communicate confidentially to other staff regarding urgent needs for the next shift and any concerns to Health Care Director; Support resident enrichment activities and maintain quality of life standards
