Responsibilities

1. Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with McDonald's + Arch Fellow's core values and culture.
2. Directly support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
3. Successfully and consistently communicating team wins, priorities, best practices and operational changes to deliver brilliant execution.
4. Connecting with the local community by executing McDonald's local marketing and community involvement initiatives.
5. Serving as a role model for high quality, hands-on, floor management - including an effective deployment of labor to maximize throughput.
6. Delivering store sales and financial objectives by removing any barriers to success.
7. Scheduling daily labor requirements that meet the needs of the business and provide great customer service experiences
8. Ensuring that food safety and security standards are met and adhered to consistently.
9. Maintaining food service and production levels by leading strong BOH and FOH execution.
10. Addressing performance issues quickly and respectfully by coaching, counseling, and managing any conflicts.
11. Contributing ideas, thoughts, and solutions that result in increased productivity, higher retention, and improved operations.

About You (minimum requirements)

• Proven experience balancing focus on new store openings and existing business performance: can manage multiple projects, delegates freely with quality follow and drive new store support and project management.
• Strong communication skills that engage people in a genuine, authentic way. Proactively connects to the team to drive behavior and results.
• Highly organized, able to multitask, and easily adapts and responds to change.
• Disciplined approach to priority setting with the ability to identify the root cause of store operations and people opportunities, and move quickly to improve performance.
• Demonstrated management of applicable restaurant regulatory areas, including: employee safety; HAACP; wage + hour; immigration; food safety.
• 1+ years of prior restaurant experience with 1+ years of multi-unit management.
• Proficient computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
