A company is looking for an Inside Sales Manager for the Southeast KY/TN region.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify and convert new professional stylist accounts while driving competitor brand conversionsExecute high-volume outreach to build a strong sales pipeline and re-engage dormant accountsMaintain territory penetration and support vacant territories to drive incremental revenueRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceMinimum 3 years of quota-carrying Inside Sales or new business acquisition experience, preferably in beauty or stylist-driven industriesDemonstrated success in new account development and high-volume outreachStrong understanding of hair extension categories preferredProficient in CRM systems; experience with NetSuite and/or Shopify is a plus
