A company is looking for an Associate Counsel to provide legal support for corporate and commercial transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal counsel and advice on corporate and commercial agreements and transactionsReview, draft, negotiate, and interpret various legal agreements while assessing legal risksCollaborate with management and cross-functional partners, managing outside counsel as necessaryRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school3 to 7 years of law practice experience in law firm and corporate settingsTransactional legal experience, including corporate and commercial agreementsAbility to assess legal risk and provide business-oriented legal adviceExperience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
