Creative Solutions in Healthcare - 1900 East California Street - Responsibilities: Plan and administer occupational therapy treatments to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing; Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist; Respond to requests for service by relaying information and referrals to the Occupational Therapist; Ensure all treatments are delivered in accordance with the established plan of care; Complete required documentation thoroughly and timely in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
