A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Travel NICU Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a 13-week contract assignment. You'll manage ventilators, oxygen therapy, airway support, inhaled medications, and emergency cardiopulmonary interventions while working closely with physicians and the care team. This role requires strong critical thinking, the ability to prioritize in rapidly changing situations, and confidence caring for high-risk premature and medically fragile infants.
