Job Summary:
Individual contributor responsible for delivering observability projects, collaborating with cross-functional IT teams, and improving system stability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze system issues and recommend reliability-focused solutions.

• Set clear objectives and deliver results to improve operational outcomes.

• Contribute to operational plans for long-term reliability and observability.

• Influence future products through monitoring and incident prevention strategies.

• Take ownership of complex technical challenges and drive them to resolution.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience with Java and scripting languages.

• Advanced troubleshooting for complex production issues in distributed environments.

• Strong experience with modern monitoring and observability tools like Grafana and Prometheus.

Industry Experience:
Software Development, Site Reliability Engineering
