• Coordinate meetings between candidates and our recruiters for in-depth discussions
• Follow up to keep leads engaged and assist in their career journey
• Ensure accurate and current records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commission based on scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your efforts

Compensation Structure
