This role plays a critical part in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing to a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors.* Proven experience in conference center, hospitality, or event technology support.* Strong technical proficiency with AV systems (projectors, microphones, soundboards), video conferencing platforms, and basic IT troubleshooting.* Professional appearance and demeanor; strong client service orientation.* Physical ability to lift equipment and perform setups.* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required.* Report to work on scheduled days* Follow up with Lead for assignments.Required:* High school diploma or equivalent preferred* Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or general cleaning roles is a plus* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively* Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality* Execute the setup, operation, and breakdown for meetings and events.* Serve as the main technical resource and on-site expert for clients, presenters, and internal stakeholders.* Ensure all setups meet safety, accessibility, and quality standards.* Document procedures, event setups, and incident reports accurately and promptly.* Able to read, understand and write set-ups.* Able to lift and carry equipment, chairs, tables, ect.* Uphold a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness at all times.
