Our client is looking a Senior Business Quality Analyst (BQA) with strong expertise in digital commerce, ordering platforms, and customer experience. This hybrid role combines business analysis and quality assurance, ensuring enterprise-scale B2C and B2B commerce solutions are delivered with high quality, usability, and business readiness.

This individual will act as a domain expert and quality advocate, working closely with Product, Engineering, Change, and Business teams to ensure customer-facing solutions meet real-world selling, ordering, and fulfillment needs.

What You Will Do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for digital commerce and ordering, supporting real-world workflows such as product discovery, pricing, promotions, cart, checkout, order management, and post-order experiences
• Partner with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and change teams to clarify requirements, uncover edge cases, and convert business needs into clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Act as a quality gatekeeper, validating solutions for usability, customer readiness, and business adoption—beyond technical correctness
• Design and execute functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for commerce platforms and integrated systems (pricing, OMS, fulfillment, ERP)
• Plan and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including regression, data validation, integration, and performance testing
• Validate end-to-end order lifecycle scenarios, ensuring pricing accuracy, data integrity, and fulfillment consistency
• Identify risks, gaps, and quality issues early to reduce rework, defects, customer friction, and downstream business impact
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, System Integrators, and Change teams to triage defects, validate fixes, and certify release readiness
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and go-live readiness discussions
• Provide quality and business readiness input into release decisions, assessing customer impact and change risk
• Ensure delivered solutions align with commerce KPIs such as conversion, order success, adoption, accuracy, and customer experience
• Support and influence DevOps and CI/CD practices, including test automation, environment readiness, and release validation
• Share lessons learned related to performance, reliability, and quality across delivery and operations teams

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, quality assurance, or a blended BQA role supporting enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience with digital commerce or customer-facing platforms (eCommerce, B2B commerce, portals, tele sales, or sales ordering systems)
• Experience working with Salesforce-based commerce or related platforms (Commerce Cloud, B2B Commerce, or integrated B2B solutions)
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into testable acceptance criteria
• Proven experience validating end-to-end order-to-cash or order lifecycle flows across integrated systems
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and process modeling capabilities
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Fluent or native-level proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry experience supporting direct or distributed selling models
• Salesforce Commerce, Order Management, or related certifications
