Prominent defense law firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney in California. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Litigation experience in one or more of the following areas: General Liability, Product Liability, Construction Defect, Catastrophic Injury, Wrongful Death, Transportation/Trucking, Tort, Complex Commercial, Medical Malpractice, Premises Liability, Auto, Public Entity, Habitability, Personal Injury, Professional Liability, Employment, Civil Litigation, Municipal, Environmental/Toxic Tort, Insurance Defense.

Responsibilities:

• Attend depositions, court hearings and mediations
• Handle cases from inception to conclusion
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs
• Provide status reports and communicate with clients

Qualifications:

• Pre-trial and/or trial experience
• Strong research and writing skills
• 7+ years of xywuqvp litigation experience
• Licensed to practice and in good standing in California
• Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions

Base Compensation Range 190k-225k DOE+ Bonus + Benefits + Hybrid/Fully Remote
