Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will provide customer support, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimize the customer's experience. The position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience in managing customer accounts and providing customer support
• Ability to work independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Strong Excel and Email Experience

Additional experience in sales is a plus.

Compensation:
