Duration: 12 + months with possible extension or conversion

Type: 3 Days onsite 2 Days Remote

The IT Sourcing analyst will be part of the Indirect Procurement Shared Services (IPSS) team, responsible for sourcing vendors and managing procurement activities across IT categories including hardware, software, and IT services.

The role involves developing and executing category sourcing strategies to support enterprise IT initiatives, reduce costs, and mitigate risks. You will lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFPs, RFQs, and supplier evaluations, while working closely with cross-functional business teams.

Key responsibilities include negotiating pricing and commercial terms with suppliers, managing contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SaaS agreements, Software Licenses, and Statements of Work), and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The role also supports purchase order creation and end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.

You will build and maintain strong supplier relationships, drive continuous process improvements, and support strategic sourcing initiatives across multiple business units (including TMNA, TFS, and others).

This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and experience with procurement tools such as SAP Ariba. You must be able to manage multiple priorities, lead negotiations, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, legal teams, and vendors.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement / IT sourcing
• Strong experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and RFP/RFQ processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivots, analysis)
• Experience with procure-to-pay systems (e.g., SAP Ariba)
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
