Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Prepare aircraft components for painting, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and surface preparation; Apply primer and topcoat finishes to aircraft components using spray guns in a controlled paint-booth environment; Work to aviation quality standards and ensure painted components meet tight tolerances; Follow procedures and work instructions consistent with Part 145 repair station or MRO; Inspect painted components for defects and perform touch-ups as needed
