We are hiring a Tax Accountant with strong review experience to join our growing public accounting team.

This is a remote-friendly role with 2 days onsite weekly in the Orlando area, ideal for someone who wants to focus on review, strategy, and higher-level thinking - not just tax preparation.

What You'll Own

• Review individual, partnership, S-corp, and corporate tax returns for accuracy, compliance, and planning opportunities
• Identify tax strategies and planning opportunities to add value for clients
• Review and adjust QuickBooks financials to ensure tax readiness
• Provide feedback and guidance to a distributed support team
• Communicate directly with clients on tax-related matters
• Improve internal workflows, processes, and review standards
• Operate independently with ownership over your work

• 5-7+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong experience reviewing tax returns (not just preparing)
• Proficiency with UltraTax (Thomson Reuters)
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Knowledge of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience working with offshore or distributed teams is a plus
• CPA or CPA eligibility preferred

• Salary: $60,000 - $110,000, depending on experience
