A company is looking for a Senior Director, Head of Global Clinical Process Management.Key ResponsibilitiesLead efforts to ensure clinical operations process excellence and implement solutions for operational gapsConduct gap analyses and collaborate with stakeholders to operationalize mitigation strategiesDevelop process maps and documentation to optimize clinical operations processes and support change managementRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology drug development; Master's degree preferredMid/large pharma experience, preferably in clinical operations, process, quality, or compliance rolesExpertise in end-to-end clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, MHRA/EMA)Experience in a cross-functional, global environment with strong leadership and collaboration skillsSix Sigma certification and/or experience with process mapping tools is desirable
