A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel to provide strategic legal counsel and support across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal guidance on compliance, personnel issues, and policies while managing corporate legal processesDraft, negotiate, and review contracts and manage the company's contract management systemOversee compliance and regulatory support, including audits and information technology implementationsRequired QualificationsJuris Doctor Degree and current license to practice lawMinimum 10 years of relevant transactional, corporate, and compliance experience as an attorneyExperience with governmental procurement processes and Medicaid programs preferredFamiliarity with state and federal information privacy and security requirementsPrevious in-house and/or large firm experience preferred
