A company is looking for a Renewable Energy Project & Commercial Contracts Attorney (Remote).Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to renewable energy transactionsSupport project development activities and assist with project structuring and transactional mattersCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance projects efficientlyRequired Qualifications:5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm and/or in-house roleStrong experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (PPAs, EPCs, O&Ms, or similar)Active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdictionJ.D. from an accredited law schoolAbility to work independently in a remote environment and manage a variable workload
