ABOUT THE ROLE:

NT Logistics is seeking a Logistics Account Representative to join our Frisco, TX office. In this role, are the heartbeat of our operation. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring freight moves efficiently, issues are solved quickly, and service exceeds expectations every single day.

Our Single Source team is committed to building long lasting partnerships to get our customer's freight to the right place at the right time. This is not a sit-back-and-maintain role—this is for someone who likes to stay in motion, think on their feet, and make an impact.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


To perform this job successfully, a qualified individual must be able to satisfactorily perform the following essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation:


  • Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinate LTL and truckload shipments from pickup through delivery
  • Proactively communicate updates, delays, and solutions to customers
  • Troubleshoot issues in real time and drive resolution quickly
  • Partner with carriers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitor shipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain accurate data across systems (TMS, Excel, etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


NICE TO HAVESKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Coachable mindset
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, logistics, warehousing and transportation in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience in freight brokerage or transportation
  • Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), such as McLeod, preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Demonstrated use of Microsoft Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Track record of delivering results with a passion to win.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This role is primarily sedentary and performed in an office environment. You will spend most of your time sitting and working on a computer, with occasional movement throughout the office.

The position may require lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds on occasion.
