Summary:
The Benefits Analyst supports consultants and client teams by coordinating day-to-day service needs, managing data, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client work. This role collaborates closely with internal partners and external vendors on benefit plan updates, reporting requests, escalated issues, and implementation activities.
The analyst reviews plan utilization, interprets performance trends, and assists in developing renewal and plan design recommendations. This position plays a key role in preparing client materials, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth operational execution—always with a focus on accuracy, client satisfaction, and service excellence.
