A nationally recognized financial institution is hiring a Senior Estate Planning Professional to support ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients ($50M–$100M). You'll join a team of 12 EP professionals and serve as the SME in client meetings, guiding and educatingclients about their estate plans (without giving legal advice).
Key Responsibilities:
• Sit in on client meetings as the estate planning SME
• Review complex estate planning documents (wills, trusts, probate avoidance, generational trusts, SNTs, Medicaid planning, business succession, charitable planning, advanced gifting)
• Gather documents, identify gaps, and help clients understand their planning options
• Draft estate planning documents
• Handle ~13 client cases per week
• Partner with Investment Counselors (like Financial Advisors)
What You Bring:
• 10+ years of complex EP work strongly preferred
• Experience drafting EP documents
• Experience supporting clients with $500K+ net worth (UHNWI experience a plus)
• JD or LLM (active bar not required)
• Bonus backgrounds: Louisiana bar, international estate planning
Work Model & Benefits:

• $105–130K base + defined bonus ($25–35K annually)
