A company is looking for a Remote Closing Analyst.Key Responsibilities:Review, prepare, and verify closing documentation and disclosures for seamless transactionsOrganize funding packages, confirm wire transfer amounts, and manage broker ACH paymentsEnsure all loan documents are thorough and accurate prior to closing dateRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Real Estate, or a related areaAt least 5 years of experience in lending, mortgage, or real estate closing environmentsHands-on expertise with collateral documentation and terminology for transactionsExperience in reviewing and preparing closing documents and funding packagesPreferred background in real estate lending, mortgage banking, or title/escrow operations
