AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time TRID Reviewer to ensure TRID compliance is met as well as state disclosure requirements. Candidates should have experience related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Appraisal Administration Manager,the job responsibilities of the TRID Reviewer position include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Review loans for state disclosure compliance.
• Ensure changed circumstances are valid and disclosed timely.
• Ensure disclosures are signed with acceptable eSignature (DocuSign) or handwritten.
• Order and understand Compliance reports.

• Diagnose and fix compliance Alerts, Fails and Warnings.
• Act as a first line compliance adviser to processing team.
• Manage department pipeline to ensure quality loans close on time.
• Know and understand fee tolerances and rules surrounding them.
• Stay up to date with all regulatory RESPA-TILA/TRID changes and ensure all disclosures are compliant.

• Ensure all parties required to sign disclosures do so.
• Maintain all queues to Company's Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Complete all Company mandatory trainings within the required timelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mortgage experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• This position is eligible for a bonus.

Work Environment/Physical Demands: Will have to spend long hours sitting, standing on occasion and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain.
